Renown Autopilot
An AI marketing employee. Working 24×7.
Renown has always measured what AI says about your business. Autopilot is the plan that changes it. It runs your Google profile, your reviews, your socials, your campaigns and your website, then proves what moved bookings.
The work that changes an AI answer is the same work that changes a customer's mind. So you get chosen more often by people, and by the models they ask.
Free. No card. See what AI says about you before you talk to us.

TODAY
A new 5-star review came in overnight. I've drafted a reply in your voice. Send it?
08:12yes, and mention we're open Sundays now
08:19Done. Your Google profile still said closed on Sundays, so I fixed that too.
08:20Two things worth doing this week. Want them now or in the Monday note?
08:21now
08:24This week: 3 reviews answered, 41 people used code THANKS10, and you're now named when people ask AI for your category nearby. Voice note Monday at 08:00.
17:40Illustrative conversation.
The loop
Measure. Diagnose. Act.
Verify. Learn.
Every other tool stops at the dashboard. Every agency starts after it. Renown runs the whole loop. The loop is the product.
- 01
Measure
What every major AI model says about you, daily, across hundreds of real buyer questions.
ChatGPTWhat's the best analytics platform for SaaS?
- 1.Mixpanel
- 2.Amplitude
- 3.PostHog
- 4.You — not mentioned
Illustrative. We run this live against your market, daily.
- 02
Diagnose
Why it says that. Your profiles, reviews, content and citations, read against the competitors that beat you.

- 03
Act
Autopilot does the work: posts, review responses, campaigns, landing pages, the website itself. For brands, a prescriptive report your team or agency executes.
Work done, not work suggestedGoogle profile correctedReview answered in your voicePost published with your photoLanding page shippedWebsite updatedNothing ships without approval. Every proposal states what it noticed, why it matters, the action, the estimate, the cost, the risk, and its confidence.
- 04
Verify
Did the answer change? Did bookings move? Every claim traced to codes, links, and before-and-after answers.
Did the answer change?#22→#9Before- Ranked #22 of 29 — a “Cult Favourite”, rarely surfaced
- Nearly absent from Google AI Overviews
- ~15% of mentions misspelled the name as “Prana”
After- Ranked #9 — into the top 10 AI recommends from

- One consistent name everywhere — the “Prana” misread has no foothold

- Monitoring without action
- is a dashboard.
- Action without measurement
- is guesswork.
- Renown
- closes the loop.
Every day
Notices. Decides. Asks. Executes. Learns.
- 01
Notices
Sales and bookings, reviews, the weather, what's on in the neighbourhood, and what AI is telling people about you today.
- 02
Decides
Picks the move worth making, with the reasoning attached. Most days the right move is nothing, and it will say so.
- 03
Asks
Proposes it in your WhatsApp on a seven-field card. You reply approve, edit, decline, or later. Editing is a sentence, not a form.
- 04
Executes
Google profile, review replies, social posts, campaigns, landing pages, and the website itself. Updates and changes included.
- 05
Learns
Counts what came back through redemption codes and bookings, then feeds it into tomorrow's decision.
What we measure
Two layers. The answer, and why.
The answer
What AI and your customers actually encounter.
- Mentions
- how often you're named at all
- Recommendations
- how often you're the pick
- Sentiment
- what's said while you're named
- Citations
- which sources the answer leans on
- Share
- your slice of the category's answers
For SaaS and brands
- Content depth on the questions buyers actually ask
- Docs that a model can parse and quote
- The third-party sources it cites instead of you
- Review platforms in your category
- Community: where your name comes up unprompted
For local businesses
- Google profile completeness and accuracy
- Review velocity, and whether they get answered
- Social heartbeat: is anyone home
- Directory consistency across the web
- Site legibility: can a machine read your prices and services
The drivers are not a checklist for their own sake. Each one is an input to the answer, which is the only thing your customer sees.
The rules it works under
Hired like an employee. Held to higher standards.
Your photos, never synthetic ones
Words are drafted in your voice. Images are of your real place, your real work, your real products. Photoreal pictures of things that never existed are banned by design.
Unverifiable claims are hard-blocked
Autopilot will not publish a claim it cannot check against what you told it. Allergens, ingredients, health and safety, qualifications, prices. There is no clever workaround for this one.
Estimates are labelled estimates
Every forecast says which number is a guess and what the guess is based on. Results are counted in codes and bookings, not adjectives.
You own everything
The website, the customer list, the content. Export any time. Cancel and you leave with all of it.
EU servers, GDPR-first
Consent recorded per contact. One instruction erases a customer. Your data does not train anyone else's model.
What it replaces
You're already paying for this. Just in pieces.
The tools you barely open, and the invoices that arrive anyway. Autopilot replaces the pile, and actually does the work.
We are not going to invent your numbers. Fill in your own and bring the total to the call.
Your current month
- Website hosting, plus the small fixes you pay for one at a time
- Social scheduler
- Review management tool
- Email or SMS tool
- Designer, ad hoc
- Agency retainer, or the freelancer who replaced it

Talk to the founders
Setup is founder-led. Tell us what you run and what is being neglected, and we will tell you what Autopilot would do in week one, and what it costs.
Fair questions
- What does Autopilot cost?
- We scope it per business and quote you directly, because a single salon and a three-site group are not the same job. It is month-to-month and you can cancel any time. Ask and we will tell you the number on the first call.
- Is the content AI-generated?
- The words are drafted in your voice, and nothing publishes without your approval until you decide otherwise. Photos are always real ones. Autopilot will ask you to snap the actual thing rather than invent a picture of it.
- Who owns the website and the customer list?
- You do. Domain, content, and customer contacts with their consent records attached. Export everything whenever you want. If you leave, you leave with all of it.
- I already have an agency, or a cousin who posts sometimes.
- Keep them. Autopilot takes over what is not being done and drafts for whoever is doing the rest. If someone on your team likes running the Instagram, Autopilot writes and they post.
- Do I need to learn a dashboard?
- No. It lives in WhatsApp. If you can reply to a message, you can run it. There is a back office if you ever want one, and most owners never open it.
- How is this different from Renown's monitoring plans?
- Monitoring measures what AI says about you and tells you what to fix. Autopilot does the fixing, then measures whether it worked. Same loop, different amount of it run by us.
