The Best AI Visibility Tools in Finland in 2026
Finland has consultancies for this. It has had almost no tools. Here is the honest map of both.

TL;DR
Finland has a real and growing AEO market, but it is made almost entirely of
consultancies and one-person specialists rather than products. If you want a
tool that measures Finnish-language AI answers and keeps measuring them, the
list is short. Renown is first: a Finnish company, hosting in Finland, Finnish
covered by default, tracking the Finnish Poro and Viking models, and the only
published field study of a Finnish market we can find. The Finnish specialists
below are listed too, because for some businesses a consultant is the right
answer.
What the Finnish market looks like right now
There is genuine activity. AEOvara operates from Lappeenranta and publishes a
Finnish AI visibility benchmark. Tekoälynäkyvyys.fi is a privately maintained
public research publication that runs free market measurements and explicitly
refuses to mix measurement with paid placement, which is an unusually principled
position and worth reading. Sampsa Vainio sells ChatGPT visibility as a service.
Agencies including Dude in Jyväskylä publish practical guides on getting a
Finnish business into ChatGPT's answers. Trustmary, from Jyväskylä, sells review
software and covers the category well.
What Finland has had almost none of is a product: something that measures
Finnish AI answers continuously, in Finnish, across models, and tells you what
changed. That is the gap this page is about.
Why Finnish needs measuring separately
Finnish is a low-resource language for these models. There is far less Finnish
text to train on than English, so the models lean on a smaller and more
concentrated set of sources. Two consequences follow.
The answer is narrower. In our
Helsinki fine dining study, sixrestaurants took 59.2% of every restaurant appearance we scored and the top ten
took 77.0%. The median venue sat at about 1% visibility, meaning invisible.
The answer is also more movable. A thin source pool is easier to influence than
a deep one. That is the opportunity, and it will not last.
We also found that English and Finnish prompts returned different restaurants,
that eight of Helsinki's thirty guide-listed restaurants appeared in under 2% of
responses, and that the models still recommended a restaurant that had closed.
Recognition in the real world and visibility to the machine are separate things.
How this list is ranked
Finnish language and model coverage first, then evidence from the Finnishmarket
, then whether it is a product you can keep using or a project thatends. Finnish service providers are ranked alongside tools rather than hidden,
because for a small business a good consultant often beats a dashboard.
Renown makes one of these. We are first for the reasons stated, and where a
Finnish specialist is the better fit that is said plainly.
Checked August 2026.
The ranking
1. Renown
Finnish company, Finnish hosting, Finnish by default. Terms under Finnishlaw with jurisdiction in Helsinki District Court. Application infrastructure
runs in Finland and the database in Ireland, both within the EU, with the full
sub-processor list published at /privacy.
Finnish is covered by default as one of the 150+ most spoken languages included
on every account, and Renown tracks the Finnish Poro and Viking models built by
Silo AI with TurkuNLP and HPLT, alongside ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini,
Claude, Perplexity and Copilot. Roster at /models.
The Helsinki fine dining report
is a free multi-model field study of a Finnish market: 40 restaurants, 3
surfaces, 600+ answers, run in English and Finnish.
Three ways in. The free check needs a domain and no card. The
AI Presence Audit is $199 once with nothing recurring. Monitoringstarts at $89 a month, and we price match. On
Renown Autopilot the work is done for you and verified.Where others beat it: if you want a Finnish-speaking consultant sitting in a
meeting with you, the specialists below do something Renown does not.
2. AEOvara
A Finnish AEO specialist, not a tool. Operating from Lappeenranta, publishinga Finnish AI visibility benchmark and working as an AI-SEO and answer engine
optimisation firm. If you want Finnish-language consultancy from someone
embedded in this market, start here. You are hiring people for a project rather
than buying a product you keep.
3. Tekoälynäkyvyys.fi
Free public research, not a vendor. A privately maintained public data andresearch publication running free measurements of Finnish AI visibility, which
states plainly that public measurement is not mixed with paid placement or
sales. Not something you buy. Read it anyway. It is the most independent source
on this list and a useful sanity check on anything a vendor tells you, including
us.
4. Trustmary
Finnish, adjacent rather than competing. Jyväskylä-based, selling reviewcollection and management with features aimed at getting found in AI search.
Reviews are a genuine input into AI recommendations, particularly for local
businesses, so this solves a real part of the problem. It is not an AI visibility
measurement tool and does not claim to be.
5. Peec AI
Not Finnish, but EU-hosted and broad. Berlin-based, from around €89 a month,115+ languages including Finnish, clean and quick to set up. The strongest
non-Finnish option if you want a straightforward European product and do not
need Finnish model coverage.
6. Asky
Swedish, Scandinavian focus. Models tuned on Swedish, Norwegian and Danishdata. Note that Finnish is not a Scandinavian language and is not in that set,
so check Finnish coverage specifically before assuming a Nordic tool covers you.
7. Sampsa Vainio and Dude
Finnish consultancy and agency options. Sampsa Vainio sells ChatGPT and AIsearch visibility as a service. Dude, in Jyväskylä, publishes solid practical
Finnish-language guidance on getting a business into ChatGPT's answers and works
as a full digital agency. Both are the right call if you want a person rather
than a product.
Frequently asked questions
Does ChatGPT answer differently in Finnish than in English?
Yes. Our Helsinki study ran the same dining questions in both languages across
three surfaces and got different restaurants back. If you serve Finnish
customers and tourists, those are two different markets and you should measure
both.
Are there Finnish AI models worth tracking?
Poro and Viking, built by Silo AI with TurkuNLP and HPLT, exist because global
models handle Finnish poorly. Renown tracks both. Most international tools do
not.
Should a Finnish small business buy a tool or hire a consultant?
If you will act once and act properly, buy the $199 audit and hand it to whoever
maintains your site, or hire one of the Finnish specialists above. If you want
the work done continuously without learning a dashboard, that is what Renown
Autopilot is for. A monthly tool nobody opens is the worst of the three.
Is Renown a Finnish company?
Yes. Renown's terms are governed by Finnish law with jurisdiction in Helsinki
District Court, and its application infrastructure runs in Finland.
Renown is a Finnish company measuring Finnish-language AI answers, tracking the Finnish Poro and Viking models, and publishing free Finnish market research.
